The Secretary is chief Executive officer of the society. He is looking after all the activities of society and daily routine work. He calls for board meeting and represent all the issues like accounts, pending applications for decision and to provide sufficient data to Board of directors for decision making process. He takes all the notes about resolutions and minutes of meeting. He tracks the all record of society and guides the employees for smooth administration. The Secretary is being the linkage between the society, member, Employee and the board of director. The Secretary is the main artury of the society’s brain and heart.
